We paid Martin’s to remove old insulation under our house and install new insulation and moisture shield due to a rodent problem. The plumbing was well insulated in the old insulation. The new insulation that they installed does not insulate the plumbing and they have told us it’s “not their problem”. So now our pipes are exposed and we are left to deal with fixing it.
