I would not use this company came to service charge over six hundred dollars bees and hornet still here and have had to be hospitalize twice dog was bit, killed two of them showed to the supervisor the nest he said he did not see and would come back

We paid Martin’s to remove old insulation under our house and install new insulation and moisture shield due to a rodent problem. The plumbing was well insulated in the old insulation. The new insulation that they installed does not insulate the plumbing and they have told us it’s “not their problem”. So now our pipes are exposed and we are left to deal with fixing it. Tried to rate them earlier...not sure it took. We used Martin for Bat Control then Pest Control and Mosquito Control. Brian and Kyle came out and inspected, showed us pictures of the bats, and discussed what they could do. We proceeded with the job. Two other guys came out later and installed some material and the bats left. They came back, cleaned up, and haven't had an issue sense. Do not under ANY circumstances use this company. They do not stand behind their work. Because they didn't complete the work they were supposed to (removing squirrel feces in the attic for $1250), we did not close on selling our home. The inspector found poop that they were supposed to clean up in the attic right on the final inspection before closing. That night, a storm caused a tree to fall that also damaged the bulkhead. Nice folks. You call with a problem and they come in a timely manner/when they say they will. They come by annually to check for termites and the like and leave their findings stuck in the screen door.
