Ok, If you read this to the end you'll see I did not have an initial good experience with these folks. However, after I posted this (they apparently monitor their reviews) Martin called. Essentially they said you're pissed and understandably . Let us make it right. Helped me get the roof reinspected as well as gutter and siding. As near as I can tell it was quality work (I'm in no position to inspect a roof). The roof got replaced in a decent time frame. Left 2 shingle piles in my yard, bits of shingle trailing around the house, just found a new piece in the yard today that must have been left on the roof. Original tech got fired then i didnt hear from them for weeks. Had to keep asking them to send the repair tech out after i payed for repairs.

Long story. Had lots of hail in the spring. Martin along with other contractors in area doing free inspections. Martin and one other contractor say roof needs replacing. Martin offers to be here to walk through insurance adjuster inspection. Insurance shows up -- no Martin. Martin calls says totally our fault sorry. Ok I let it go. Insurance says roof is in great shape. I call insurance they say have your contractor contact us. I call Martin. Martin says we need letter you'll get from insurance. I live out of town and needed to get my grandmothers roof done in Rockford. The company handled the whole process with the most integrity I have ever experienced. Thank you for the quality and honest work.
