Our tenant was having issues with the garage door opener. She called Martin Factory Sales to check it out. They charged her $75 to look at it (I've never been charged to have someone look at a garage door or give me a quote), and then told her she needed a new motor. With parts and labor the quote totaled $650. We went to check it out before proceeding. The "Remote Opener Lock" on the panel was switched on. We switched it off and the garage door works fine. If you train your employees to install garage doors the same way you train them to drive company vehicles, I feel extremely bad for all your customers. Reckless and irresponsible.
