great folks, managers work well with us, Kevin B. very nice guy. wife liked all the very polite guy, respectful. great place. 7-18-25 update; Stop going there, service department can't keep the manage position filled, got tired of explaining the same thing over and over to different people. ....BOTTOMLINE..... had several issues with my jeep, they seemed to not care or dragged there bottoms during the process. I've been using Martin Dodge for years and I have never had any complaints. Its always been make an appointment have your service done and leave. Well that isn't how this experience went. I called 3 weeks ago and the people on the phone pushed me to do diagnostic despite me asking for a specific service. They told me it takes 2-4 hours they didn't have any appointments available for the days that fit me until Tuesday 6/24 at 11:45. Today I took a car for an inspection. I tried to buy it from other dealership and I took the car here for inspection and the lady she was talking with me. She was so rude and she don’t want to do his job and I never go there anymore. And she was so rushed done the job like a fast and which is no good i’m not recommend this service shop for a new one
The service team are really nice but the whole process is always very inconvenient with having to repeat and repeat what I need. I took my car in for squealing brakes (occurring after they replaced my brakes and rotors) and hours later they tell me my brakes are fine. They told me they aren’t squeaking. I had to go in and within a 30 second demo show them that my brakes are in fact squeaking. I’ve had other issues mostly with inconsistent communication. Z was great! We discussed a vehicle that I found online. Everything he said and committed to he lived up to. I had a great experience. Good enough to justify driving from Atlanta to Bowling Green buy a car from him.
