Not only were these people extremely rude but Tim Gill tried to charge me $125 increase in premiums on a policy that was canceled 15 days prior. I was not notified of said cancelation, only finding out when I called to renew my policy. Policy had been paid in full for 1 year, set to expire May 16, 2025. I called David Martin Insurance Agency on May 2nd, 2025 to renew policy only to be told that I owed $125 to change my address, due immediately. Tim Gill is a fabulous agent.
We had a run in with a deer and David Martin and Danielle was on it the minute I called. One of the best insurance companies I have dealt with. The office staff also is nice and caring. Just like having a family.
We have had car insurance with Nationwide for twenty years now and we've never had any trouble,they deduct our money out of the bank which makes it a lot easier
