My experience is terrible every single time I go. Little to no empathy from staff here.
Was great when I first went to them. But I just recently tried to set up an appointment with my daughter's "i thought" doctor, they said shes not working in the clinic anymore she moved over to the hospital side and still wouldn't see because she hadn't seen her in a year....wow u told me I didnt need to be seen very year only when needed and for shots...no one even called and told me I'd need to find my children a new doctor. Guess I'm changing clinics.
Left fighting tears after a visit with Dr. Lopez. I felt like he actually cared and that I was finally heard. As a first time patient, he took the time to ask all the questions, And give answers with detailed explanations.
Unbelievable the lack of importance this place makes you feel. I have had so much trouble trying to receive proper care here. I went in for a consult with the pain mgmnt doctor and was told to make an appointment for the following week to start care with him it to be called and told I had to pay the remainder of my deductible before they would treat me. This is totally unheard of. I call today to get better information as to why this place has decided that a patient can't receive any treatment for anything unless you pay you... read more
I have taken my children to Megan Chandler for a few years now, her and her nurses are amazing. She listens to my girls and they are all very kind. We have also seen a few other doctors there when Megan is unavailable and have been very pleased with them as well. The whole staff is amazing.
