This company was hired in Lawrenceburg KY and ran a line thru our property. The damaged all of my gas appliances for not following procedure and instead of a major lawsuit, they agreed to pay to purchase new appliances for me. After purchasing over $13k in appliances, I sent them the invoice, and they are no where to be found now! I've emailed, called the company daily, and called the men that came to my house to look at the damages. A lawsuit is now in the works, and they will be paying MUCH MORE than $13K!
In the Jackson, MS area, they have cut power and internet lines in certain neighborhoods while digging. They were notified and had the power restored a few hours later. I'm glad we weren't cooking at the time when it occurred. When a few of the workers were told what took place, they got on it quick. I have to give them credit for that.
