I picked up my 2024 Prius today after front end damage. Overall, I am pleased with the repair. Unfortunately, the repair took nearly five weeks because of wrong parts being sent to the body shop (not the body shop's fault). I wish to single out the receptionist and the manager (John) for their empathy and willingness to discuss candidly the problems encountered during the repair. Nina and John at Martin honda collision center were amazing to deal with! They went out of their way to resolve my issues after my car was hit. They were kind, knowledgeable and very patient. They assured I was satisfied. I could not recommend them any higher.

I crashed my car today and my dad recommended here since my family always goes here for service when needed. Was greeted by Connie and has my car inspected by John H. They were both so kind and offered me some great advice on how to deal with the insurance company as well.
My 2016 Mazda 6 was rear ended right before Christmas. As always, I wanted my car repaired by Martin. I always have my car serviced by them. True to form, they did an outstanding job…the estimate was detailed for all insurances involved; the communication was great letting me know when they could do the repairs and how long it would take and the end result was my car’s repairs was better than expected.
