I recently had our Civic in for some body work. When I got the car back the cruise control and brake lights were flashing on the dash display. Also, the cruise control no longer worked. Martins body shop manager John, helped to get the issues fixed very quickly and with a high degree of communication and quality. Thanks to John for his excellent customer focused support!
I took my car in to get the rear bumper fixed as someone hit me from behind and the service was great as was the turnaround time. Very friendly and helpful
I picked up my 2024 Prius today after front end damage. Overall, I am pleased with the repair. Unfortunately, the repair took nearly five weeks because of wrong parts being sent to the body shop (not the body shop's fault). I wish to single out the receptionist and the manager (John) for their empathy and willingness to discuss candidly the problems encountered during the repair.
