We love the service side wish I could rate separately. Service has always been great and helpful. We tried to buy a truck recently. Came in order placed. Almost 4 weeks go by no email, no call, nothing. So hubby calls ask if everything is OK. The sales guy says yes, all good, but does not check the order. So hubby calls the manager leave voicmail. Do not purchase a used vehicle here or take any vehicle you own for service. We’ve had multiple vehicles damaged, they’ve refused to repair, vehicles I bought there and vehicles I did not. We’ve bought vehicles that were not drivable just a year later. The service manager and all but one advisor either refuse to do the appropriate service or lack the knowledge to ensure appropriate repairs and services happen and your vehicle is safe and undamaged while in their care.
