Service is amazing! However I’m not satisfied with the response of the mechanic. I have a 2024 Chevy Silverado that has been giving me trouble since the first week I bought it. The first week I bought it I drove with my family to Perris and the truck overheated! New truck! Now I been taking it to the dealer because at start up I get a push when gears switch and mechanic says it’s normal???? I’ll have to contact GM soon.
It was great, after checking in, I asked for a lunch place recommendation and got a great one where they served delicious salmon tacos for a very reasonable price. I had a nice lunch then only waited 20 minutes in the lobby when I got back.

I came in due to new Colorado (less than 2k miles) losing the dashboard display and backup camera. I was greeted by Edmund "Ed" from the service department who was a pleasant and helpful service advisor. During the service which took for days, Ed kept me informed daily on the vehicle and when it was repaired. Ed even followed up after I picked up the vehicle the next day to check in on the status/repair.
