Parts department socks, went in to have a vehicle key made because i lost the key to my truck. I had proof of ownership registration displayed on my phone right from secretary of state website printable version parts guy wouldn't accept it. I offered to e mail it and was still unacceptable to him. Everywhere else a digital copy is 100% acceptable, pretty sure the parts guy is just a mean old man, ill never go here or refer anyone.
