we purchased our gmc truck at martin chevrolet in 2006 and have used martin Chevrolet for all our service needed on the truck since then. we always get very good service.
I was lied to by the service department. They told me that an item was not under warranty. It was clearly under warranty. When I pointed it out in the warranty manual, they backed down. They claimed to have fixed my car. It does not operate any differently. I do not believe that they actually conducted the repairs that they stated they had done. I have no faith in their work.
