The staff and desk clerk is rude. They act like they hate their life and it’s a problem to be talking to you. They have you sign what feels like a million pieces of paper. One of which they DO NOT explain or call out is that they are out of network for literally ALL insurance companies. Meaning standard check ups and procedures that should be free or less then $100 is costing my family $300-$400 we don’t have. Literally emptying our savings account that took months to build up. I wanted to add one more HUGE thing that I forgot to in original review. We saw a different Orthodontist prior to Dr. Celia's and he wanted to pull several teeth of my then 7 year old son. That would have been such a horrible decision had we made it. Thank GOD and Dr. Celia that we were able to find her and get that life changing 2nd opinion. Not one tooth pulled and my sons mouth is now wide, teeth aligned perfectly, the expanders literally changed the structure of his face, all for the BETTER!!! I am so thankful we didn't ... read more

Excellent staff and Doctor. We are very happy with everything about this office. Everyone is so pleasant and nice. Both boys love going to see Heather and Dr Martin. So glad we found them!

Did not like this dentist's office, and Dr. Martin, specifically. It is an office for children all the way through to adults, but there is nothing for younger siblings to play with. Not one. My two-year-old got restless, and I tried to calm him down, but Dr. Martin felt the need to insert her opinion about his "Not using his inside voice," any time she heard him. On top of that, customer service -- setting up the appointment to handling us when in office -- was not good. We won't be going back.

First appointment the hurricane came through 9/11, so of course didn't make it. Second one 10/4, my work schedule changed, so I totally forgot it. I called 10/4 and was told it was at 10:30. I asked you don't give reminder calls? She said only if I signed up for text. No one asked me if I wanted to. Then she said she called and confirmed it with me 2days ago. I worked all day 5a-5:30p, I'm not allowed to have my phone on me. She argued with me. Nothing on my phone for that day. Now another month

My daughter is always comfortable and the staff is always courteous and helpful. They go above and beyond to make their patients feel safe and secure. The receptionist is knowledgeable and is always available to answer questions.

Horrible customer service with coordinating wire removal for dental cleaning. We had an appt with Dr. Martin at 3:30 and 4 pm appointment for dental cleaning. They removed wire and we were to return to their office so that my child could get wires back on but they left before we returned. They called the dental office and told them we could return the next day to get his wires back on his braces. Celia Martin didn't even have the courtesy to call me to let me know. Avoid them, poor service.
