I strongly advise against doing business with Z Corona Properties, MAB Realty LLC, or Bruce Alan Nixt. After I vacated Suite 107 and surrendered the keys on July 22, 2025, they continued sending me improper bills and refused to return my security deposit. I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) naming both companies and Bruce Alan Nixt personally. Their conduct is unprofessional and unacceptable. Future tenants should be warned.
Thank you to the honest maintenance worker who found my Apple Watch on the property and took it back to the office! I almost went nuts after noticing that I accidentally dropped it after visiting a business. And the rest of the team were so nice upon my arrival to pickup my watch. You all rock!
They are the property managers of the unit I lease and are very involved and proactive with keeping the property maintained and in proper order. Also a great pleasure to interact with! Thanks MAB!
