Visited for a week. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The training partners were both skilled and respectful. The facilities were clean, bright and well designed. The techniques that Chris taught were practical, useful and he taught them well. In all, a good group of people and an excellent BJJ experience. When I am in the area, I shall return!!

I was looking for a new fitness regime, runs and yoga were boring me to tears. I got a recomendation from a friend to try fitness kickboxing at Martial Arts Planet. AND MY GOD IT CHANGED MY LIFE. The past two months have been fantastic! I love the energy of the classes, the intense cardio work-out is absolutely unbelievable, and there is no one more understanding, fun and hilarious than Janet and Chris. I began training at MAP in my second year of university and after my first jits class with Morgan, I almost passed out. That rush has kept going ever since. Over the past 4 years, I've been able to train at some of the biggest and most well known gyms all across the country - being a student never leaves you in one place for very long. MAP is still my favorite - Rob and Chris and incredible. I was never one for jits, but Chris tolerated that, was helpful, motivating and willing to discuss and teach well after class was over.... read more
