I have been a student at the Martial Arts Academy in Madison for approximately 18 months. As one of Master Park's students, I have enhanced my confidence, lost weight, gained fitness, sharpened my self defense skills, but above all I have gained all of this as part of a community founded on the rich tradition of Taekwondo.
