The first time I saw Marti, she listened attentively. She is warm and friendly and was knowledgeable about the level of care I would need (which is relatively low). Just got an infection that triggered asthma. I was able to see her right away and her treatment plan was effective.
She misread my EKG, TOLD ME COULD BE HAVING A HEART ATTACK, INSISTED I GO TO ER BY AMBULANCE WHICH I DECLINED WHEN I HOT TO ER THEY RAN TEST AGAIN AND THE CARDIOLOGIST CAME TO COMFIRM THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG AND SENT ME HOME. SINCE THIS WAS A PREOP FOR AN IMPORTANT SURGERY I WENT BACK OUT TO S&W TO TRY AND FINISH THE TESTING BUT SHE WOULDN'T LISTEN THE RESEPTIONIST FINALLY INTERVENED FOR ME AND GOT THE OFFICE MANAGER INVOLVED.
