I went for an x-ray in June 3, first thing in the morning (7:30 am). I was seen promptly and the X-ray taken. However, I’ve had no correspondence regarding X-ray much less been told the results of the X-ray 3 days later (as of mid day June 5). I feel there should not be a charge for this since I likely will get no value back from the exercise (BSW decision to not provide results with any timeliness)
Wonderful staff and Marti is the best I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my healthcare.
