I purchased sewing items on marketplace and the owner of the home lived in another State. The owner asked the realtor to meet me and let me in to get the items. Not only did they meet me, but Viktor helped me load my items (up and down stairs and in snowing weather w/sub zero temps). He worked tirelessly for 30 minutes to help me. I was expecting to do this alone! He refused any tip or offer to pay for his dinner. Thank you Marti for sending Viktor and going above and beyond what a realtors job is.
