I purchased sewing items on marketplace and the owner of the home lived in another State. The owner asked the realtor to meet me and let me in to get the items. Not only did they meet me, but Viktor helped me load my items (up and down stairs and in snowing weather w/sub zero temps). He worked tirelessly for 30 minutes to help me.
