The first license gives us access to the entire Ford Motor Company production database of all vehicles built since the 1967 model year. Wow, unbelievable customer service. I received my Marti Report-Elite in the mail a couple of days ago. The report and and production statistics were laid out beautifully in the matte setting. The only problem I had was the glass of broke in my frame during shipping. This was no fault of Marti Auto Works because my frame and paperwork were nicely wrapped with plenty of bubblewrap. I emailed Marti Auto Works a picture showing the broken glass. Marti Auto Works response was almost immediate, "We will send you out a new frame and glass". Just like that no questions asked we will send you another one. It's been 3 days, today I'm hanging up my new Marti Works Report in my new frame and glass. Thank you so much for your customer service.

I am sick and tired of this now. Two times I have ordered and received an incorrect Marti Report. The second time I wrote in my order "NOTICE: MY '68 MUSTANG WAS DELIVERED WITH A "G" = DIFFERENTIAL LOCKING AND NOT WITH A "7" = A CONVENTIONAL REAR AXLE". BUT NOBODY OBVIOUSLY BOTHERED TO READ THAT. I have lost my money twice for these incorrect reports.

I just called Marti and they confirmed there was a mistake on my report. I asked for an updated report and was told I would have to pay for it. Not cool.
