I have used Marti Auto Works many times over the last twenty years. The information they have on our cars in amazing! I have never had an issue when needing help. It can take a while to get your order, but the best things in life take time.
The best. You have to have patience. It takes a while to get all these facts together. I got mine and couldn't be happier. Now that I have another Mustang will order another Elite report. They answered all my calls and my questions. I cant stress enough have patience. It is well worth the wait!!!
Still waiting on a refund from this company. They produced and incorrect report and would not fix it or reply to me, and lied to me saying the report they made was correct, even thought I have proof it’s not. After many months pass, I left negative feedback for them and that instantly got his attention and he left me a nasty (saved it) voicemail. Weird that he couldn’t find my phone number in the beginning to correct my issue though? The owner is a very belligerent person. A true detriment to the Ford collector car hobby.
Ive ordered a report for a 70 Mach in the past and had no issues. I ordered one for a 69 Talladega and ran into problems. The salesman Scott"s approach is to tell me everything I've done wrong to cause all of my problems thru multiple emails instead of fixing and completing my order. If errors are made, many excuses will be made to justify them, as in Ford entered incorrect original data, basically justifying any 3rd party Marti errors in a report down the line. I'm not sure this company is still in business, I placed my order on the 31st of August for items which funds were taken the same day from my card...4 months later I have no items and there is no email address to email them.
Ordered report on 3 10 , the proof report was incorrect , emailed, called, multiple times no response until 7 21 saying report was sent with no confirmation that codes were right, evidently report was lost emailed couple times , called no answer and blocked further emails, poor communication, and service got nothing but ignored for 305 bucks
