The doctors, nurses and staff were wonderful when I came into the emergency room while on vacation. They quickly diagnosed my problem and started immediate treatment. After a 3 day stay in the Hospital, they were able to stabilize my condition so much so that I could leave. I have only wonderful things to say about my care while I was there. Going on 5 hours of wait time in the ER. Looks like one person works here. I could have gone to Boston by now. Sad… My daughter finally is being seen only to be told that there is only one person working here. You’d think they’d let you know that first. Go anywhere else!! It gets even worse after being here 8 hours, they want to do an ultrasound but no one is here to do it. Unreal. Have to wait another 4 hours for that! Been here going on 7 hrs. Could have takin the ferry and gone to Boston General. If your going to keep people in the emergency room this long vending machines should be free.
The worst “hospital” ever. AVOID this place if you can, please. 1 star is too much.
It is the worst! Even one star is too much! I waited for 4 hours even though it was an emergency and got misdiagnosed and charged double. The next day I had to return so I can get the prescription I needed to survive and they made me wait for 8 hours just to tell me that they cannot do anything and charged me again. They were extremely rude, especially the black woman at customer service who yelled at me disrespectfully because I asked how long is the wait.
