Don’t go here if you have a broken ankle because they’ll keep telling you it’s not broken even after weeks and weeks of you going back complaining of severe pain. “Take aleve or get orthotics” was my doctor’s recommendation. 8 months later I need surgery because oh wait it was broken all along!! How do you miss a broken foot and let me walk on it for 4 months…now 8 months. I kept saying something was wrong and you didn’t listen to me!!!
It's really a shame - and I have seen this across many industries. The *people* at this hospital are amazing - nurses, doctors, everyone. But the systems (aka management) put in place are horrific. Want to see your doctor? Good luck. Need a prescription refilled? Good luck.
