This is the worst hospital/ emergency department ever. If I could give it a 0 I would. Let's start with the staff. They aren't friendly very rude, and inconsiderate to one's health issues. One of the EMT that is supposed to be a professional and a trusted personnel stated to a child while the child was scared after the parent got sick that I would fall off the Ferry hit my head and die. Thank you to the doctors and nurses who took such great care of me when I came in with a deep laceration to my thigh. They stitched me up and had me out feeling so much better.

People are great - systems are the worst I’ve ever seen in the USA. You can walk in and try to get an appointment with your doctor and they will send you home and tell to either go on the internet or enter an interminable voicemail system. Unfortunately this outweighs the good making it one of the worst hospitals in America.

Had a great experience bringing my newborn in for a blood test. The staff in the lab were very efficient, knowledgeable, and compassionate with our little one.
