They are unorganized. They use the same brush on me as they do on everyone else . You make an appointment and they’ll take someone else and you end up waiting 30 min to an hour after the appointment time . This lady starts doing your color or hair and then passes you along to 3-4 different helpers by the time she done with you . And if shes doing your hair and sees someone better she’ll send you to the next women and take someone else . One lady cut my bangs so high up I had to wear a hat for 6 months .
