I would NEVER do business with Billion in Worthington, MN. Giving them one star is even too much! My title was lost in the mail and I’ve been calling nonstop for two months trying to get something to happen. They either tell me to “just wait” when the tracking number hasn’t changed two months, or not even return my calls. Insurance company and bank are calling me for information and I can’t do anything.

When I arrived for my appointment I was told it would be a two hour wait ended up being a five hour wait and was still not completed. This recall was one of the very first that this dealership had to deal with and so for future reference they need to tell the customer that this particular recall will take more than two hours. Other than that I was treated very professionally, once they saw it was going to take longer they gave me a ride home. I picked up the vehicle the next day.
