Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought a truck there 3 weeks ago. They were supposed to set up a time for their detail shop to look at something. Still waiting for that call. And the truck was filthy underneath of it. When I got it home I had to wash so much mud and gravel out from under the truck. I've called down many times and just get passed off to the next person and no one actually helps.
I had a breakdown on the highway and, by sheer luck, I was near Billion Auto. They got my truck diagnosed that afternoon, ordered parts for the morning and I was back on the road by noon.
