Typically good service. This last experience my vehicle needed some repairs and when I dropped it off the lady asked if I was staying til repairs were completed. I said no I've got a ride, need to get to work. Didn't hear anything all day and went to pick it up around 430. They said it wouldn't be done til tomorrow. I asked why the front desk asked if I'd be staying then til services were complete? It would be nice if their departments communicated how long it actually takes for repairs, instead of assuming same day. What if... read more
