I brought my truck here to be serviced for it's second time since buying it. These guys totally disrespected my truck. I brought it in clean which was a mistake because there was greasy hand prints all over my truck. On the hood and fenders where the body gaps are. There was grease all along the gaps on both body panels. So much that when i touched it to see what it was my hands looked like I just changed the oil. The vehicle I purchased was a 2015 Buick for 11,799 with 98,000 miles. They would not negotiate the price. At all. My credit score was 720 and the best interest rate they gave me was 18.9%. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Why did I buy there? I was desperate and needing a vehicle asap. I feel they took advantage of me. I would go elsewhere.
