I am very disappointed with the doctor’s call center. I called in September to schedule my appointment with Dr. MacLaughlin, and the earliest availability was in December. I decided to wait all that time, and when I called in November to see if I could move my appointment up, they told me my appointment was with another doctor! I decided to cancel the appointment because it is disrespectful to the patient to change their doctor without prior notice.
Dr McLaughlin and her team have renewed my faith in Florida healthcare!! Exceptional experience and care!! Highly recommend!! 5 stars!!
Dr. McLaughlin has my complete trust and confidence. She and her wonderful team of nurses at AdventHealth have been absolutely amazing through all three of my C-sections. Each experience was handled with such care and professionalism, and my recovery was always smooth my scar is barely noticeable every time. Excellent bedside manner and a jokester too. Truly, God has blessed her with incredible hands and a compassionate heart.
Dr McLaughlin OBGYN is the absolute best Gyn I ever had in my almost 50 years on this earth. She’s patient, thorough and more importantly, listens to my needs. I find her solution approach as unconventional and is definitely a think out of the box personality. I can’t say enough good things about her and her staff!
