I’ve been going here a few years and prefer the other providers but they are often booked....I understand why, I will be switching offices now. She seems like she is annoyed I’m coming in for a routine check and follow up, I come once a year not once a week! She was also very agitated I brought my newborn with me who was out of the way buckled in her carrier and not even crying she was just sitting calmly. ---- Good: Receptionists were friendly and fast. Nurse/Assistant was very friendly and knowledgable. Bad: Dr. Hickmann was not friendly and did not offer ANY explanation of my skin condition. She was in the room for no more than 4-5 minutes and seemed to ignore or did not comprehend that my queries were an attempt to understand my medical issue.
