The first reviewer was attempting to scam an 83 year old woman out of her house in Kearney, MO. This is my mother. I had a terrible experience when dealing with Martha Cromwell. The seller and myself had previously agreed upon an offer on the house. Martha never returned any of my phone calls. I received a phone call from the seller crying, stating she was forced into going live on the market. Once I provided Martha with my pre approval letter, she rushed me to sign the contingency.
