The first reviewer was attempting to scam an 83 year old woman out of her house in Kearney, MO. This is my mother. He had no written contract, no representation except a buddy who is a realtor who never produced a contract for him. A friend of a neighbor. The seller made an unknown announcement to her family the next day that she was going to sell her house. I had a terrible experience when dealing with Martha Cromwell. The seller and myself had previously agreed upon an offer on the house. Martha never returned any of my phone calls. I received a phone call from the seller crying, stating she was forced into going live on the market. Once I provided Martha with my pre approval letter, she rushed me to sign the contingency.
