This is my second time living with Martens rentals, I came back because they are so wonderful to work with!! My house feels like a home because Trisha and the maintenance team always take care of things promptly. I really appreciate their hard work to make sure we have a great place to live!
Karaoke is great here on Saturday nights alot of fun. The food is good. The atmosphere is good and fun!
Husband and I have lived here since early 2020 and continue to love it. They always address issues within a reasonable of time. I do believe that we could use another dishwasher. We have complained a few times as the dishes come out dirtier than when they get put in. Other than that, they are great and always very willing to help with whatever random issues we need help with.
One of the best rental companies I have ever done business with. When my water heater went out in the middle of winter they replaced it same day and fast without an issue! Additionally, they are very understanding and willing to work with responsible tenants. I was impressed with there units as well. Good job Martens Rentals!
