When Dr. Martens moved from Rockford it put her an hour and a half away. I continue to see her and while it is a drive it might still take less time than going locally. Edward Medical Group runs a good practice. My appointment was for 9:40 and I was 15 minutes early. I was in at just before 9:40 with no paperwork to fill out since I checked in online. Don’t rely on her to be prompt on anything. My pharmacy sent a medication refill request 11 days ago and she still has not looked at it yet. Hoping there is a miracle cure for hypertension because I’m gonna need it
Dr. Martens never makes me feel rushed. She goes over everything thoroughly so I know I’m covered.
Asked about my whole health history, very understanding and was a great listener. I felt very at ease with Dr. Martens.
