Today again in Jan 2024 when the temperature is -10, they decided to turn the heater off. The management is not answering to this issue and it is weakened too. Today, Jan 3rd 2018, The power went off around 2 p.m., and no one has fixed this issue so far that I am writing this review at 10 p.m. No hot water, no heat since this afternoon. The voltage goes up and down. Very poor management and it is getting worse every month. The office is close all the time and no one answers to the emergency calls. Horrible.
Ana & Chrysta are both unprofessional, ill-informed, combative staff members at Martello who have horrible communication skills. They ignore requests, waste time with pointless back / forth emails and are rude while communicating. Our building has had heating issues for the past year and the heat has been completely turned off numerous times with out warning during winter.
