Chronic problems at Martello Tower with repeated no hot water, constant construction and loud parties, smoking in suites and on decks and the pool is dirty and out of control drinking, smoking and parties.

Mari, the building manager is doing a phenomenal job. She is particular and systematic. I think under her management, this becomes a dream home for anyone apart from the gorgeous views.
