There are chronic problems at Martello Tower. The hot water repeatedly goes out and then is out for hours and sometimes a whole day for repairs. There is constant construction and renovation noise which is not restricted to the regulated hours so noise can be whenever including at night or on weekends.There are chronic loud parties, loud music, smoking in suites and on decks that makes other peoples suites and health impacted by the smoke. Chronic problems at Martello Tower with repeated no hot water, constant construction and loud parties, smoking in suites and on decks and the pool is dirty and out of control drinking, smoking and parties.
Maria is an amazing building manager. She makes all look easy to get. Big thank you.
Mari, the building manager is doing a phenomenal job. She is particular and systematic. I think under her management, this becomes a dream home for anyone apart from the gorgeous views.
