I was surprised by the quality of my appointment with Joanne. She was kind, caring and insightful about my situation. Her intake/evaluation process was thorough, while also totally comfortable. I left her office feeling hopeful and like I have the resources to take charge of my mental health. My experience with Joanne was excellent.
2 1/2 stars She is more interested in money not her patients. You can tell right away. The lady at redemption psychiatry starts with a "K" was phenominal(she's a nurse practitioner). You can tell she cared and put 120% into her patients. Go there and you'll be much happier. She stopped taking my insurance. I'm broke lady and came to you for serious help, which you provided but don't make it all business and money.
