I'm seeing Suzanne (my occupational therapist) & I truly cannot say enough amazing things about her! Very disappointed. My son rescheduled his appointment as soon as the reminder was sent out, as the date was not convenient. He is a university student who has not been able to work since he broke his leg. The facility charged him $40 as a fee for rescheduling late. That is 50% of the cost of the appointment. Highway robbery !! I'm sure that the facility is profitable enough that they do not need to fleece money out of young unemployed university students recovering from an injury.
