Had Martel flush my tankless water heater. It was working just fine. Afterwards they said I needed new flanges and the cost for the work was almost $900! What a scam. I believe it did not need that service or they broke it during the service. Will not be using this company again.

Children's Dental Specialties had a new AC unit installed, the team that worked on the installation were professional and worked very hard as a team. It was not an easy task to get the unit into our buildings hot attic but they were creative and made it happen. The next day more of Martel's team returned to service the other 2 units. Again, professional and careful to stay out of the way of practice operations. Collin deserves acknowledgement for his superb customer service. Thank you Collin.
Huge thank you to the Martell team—they always show up promptly and ready to help whenever our dental office needs them. James and Will, who came out to service our AC units, were professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. They cleaned all four condenser units (with water access provided) and replaced all indoor filters. The difference is already noticeable; our space is much cooler and more comfortable. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable HVAC support!
