Out hot water stopped a company came and spent 10min to say we need a new unit when our unit is only 6yrs old. We called Martel they sent a servicemen named Luke. He checked everything and said the piping needed to be replaced. He fixed it for under $500 and was so professional

Tim Martel installed our complete central A/C system over 20 years ago. It’s been amazing and largely service free. It was finally time to replace it so we called Tim. He simplified all of the different replacement options that we were grappling with and helped us arrive at a perfect solution. Simultaneously we had him install an April Air whole house humidifier. We used Martel through a service provider Our furnace kept just randomly shutting down several times a week. They sent three different people three different times including the service manager (who came on the last visit). Each time, they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. The service manager just kept harping on the fact that the furnace was old. Had Martel flush my tankless water heater. It was working just fine. Afterwards they said I needed new flanges and the cost for the work was almost $900! What a scam. I believe it did not need that service or they broke it during the service. Will not be using this company again.
