I do not often post online reviews, but I find them valuable and my experience with Martel was so poor that it should be known by others. The fan to my furnace needed to be replaced and Martel installed / maintained the unit for the previous owner. I had installed an expensive air ionizer during the start of COVID. Shame on me for not checking to see if the air ionizer was there after the Martel employee serviced the furnace. Called 2 nights in a row with no heat on a system they installed and no response.
Martel HVAC came to repair an issue with heat not working properly. In the extreme recent cold temperatures James and Eric’s came to inspect the issue, drove 2.5 hours to and from for parts and returned to repair and complete the problem same day. Very friendly and kept up to date with the situation. Great customer service.
We lost our heat on a Saturday. Our warranty company took a day to assign us to Martell HVAC. I got a call back from Martell fairly quickly. They sent Keith out on Sunday morning and he diagnosed the issues quickly. Keith came back with the part late Monday morning. He ran into some issues since the boiler we own is quite old. He spent the necesary time to resolve the issue so that he would not need to come back . He even recommended a couple of sevices to make things better going forward. Very bad service.the tech who came to my house didn't even have the right tool nor the knowledge.to solve My problem.on top. Of that he charged me.165.just to show up.dont trust them
