We used Martel through a service provider Our furnace kept just randomly shutting down several times a week. They sent three different people three different times including the service manager (who came on the last visit). Each time, they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. The service manager just kept harping on the fact that the furnace was old. Had Martel flush my tankless water heater. It was working just fine. Afterwards they said I needed new flanges and the cost for the work was almost $900! What a scam. I believe it did not need that service or they broke it during the service. Will not be using this company again.

Children's Dental Specialties had a new AC unit installed, the team that worked on the installation were professional and worked very hard as a team. It was not an easy task to get the unit into our buildings hot attic but they were creative and made it happen. The next day more of Martel's team returned to service the other 2 units. Again, professional and careful to stay out of the way of practice operations. Collin deserves acknowledgement for his superb customer service. Thank you Collin.
