Marta was professional and personable. In particular, she was great for me a a transgender client, she was both supportive and validating. She explained the procedure thoroughly and was accommodating of my particular knowledge level. The only note is that her workspace is contained within the launch workspaces, which was initially confusing
Marta is an incredibly sweet woman who obviously cares deeply about her clients. As a transgender woman, I was a little nervous before going into our first appointment. Marta not only treated me with complete respect, but she was also willing to listen to my transition goals and give me honest advice on the best way I could reach them.
