Marta is part of the problem of the divergence in income vs housing prices.
While not busy gloating over her own self perceived successes Marta spends her free time posting misinformation and half truths on tiktok in some strange attempt to protect her own job title. The housing market in Canada is in shambles and is an absolute disgrace to the majority of Canadians. Pretending otherwise so you can pad your pockets with the poor financial decisions of people who you fooled into buying the bubble is not only dishonest but unethical.
