The parking facility was clean and I felt safe.
I needed to do a run to Merchandise Mart for my job and this was super close. Parking was easy and the facility was well kept. I had some issues at entry (my fault, not theirs) and the parking attendant, Imtiyaz, was super helpful and nice. They also had good midday rates. Great experience!
UPDATE: I gave them ANOTHER try and got side swiped. Please get security cameras in this garage- hit and runs are a pandemic at this place Someone dented my car here and the office told me I'm out of luck. People drive crazy and there is barely any space. No cameras for said crazy drivers. If you park here, take a pic of the license plates around you.
