Had an appointment for my 9 month old at the time. If you have a baby you know things happen and that day I preferred to change his diaper first than, you know, take him with poop on the car ride (as if I planned it). So I rushed and did my best. I arrived about 4-6 minutes late (literally) from the appointment time and I was told to leave because it was too late. It took me a fair effort to get there, and usually every single place I've encountered in my life has had a 5 minute grace period, so it was a bit shocking but ok.... read more
