On 7 August around 6 PM, I witnessed one of your work vans being driven dangerously southbound on the freeway. The driver was weaving in and out of traffic with what looked like zero regard for road rules or the safety of other motorists. Company vehicles are rolling advertisements, and this kind of driving reflects badly on the business. If the reckless and dangerous driving of the driver of the white Toyota Hilux ute is anything to go by, I definitely would not be using MarsMen plumbers. This is representative of a business that would rush the job, leave you with a mess to clean up, and most probably provide a poorly finished, overpriced, and possibly (in the case of gas installs) life threating end result.

I was lucky enough to get Jed. He was amazing! Punctual, efficient, incredibly knowledgeable and hard working. He located the problem and fixed it going way beyond the service I thought I could get. Well done Jed.

I had Alex, the plumber today and he was so kind and respectful he explained to me job that he needs to do and I'm very happy that he came to do the job. Very very happy with Alex the Plumber and Gas guy.

The job was good and the tradie was polite. Just be aware their quotes are a minimum 2hrs because they will arrive on site to start the clock and then get supplies on your time. It's fine to do that but it should be clear in the quote as it adds $132. Invoices aren't itemised either and even after querying it and giving them a chance, it's still wasn't clear how they arrived at the amount they did, so for those 2 reasons, 1 star.
