It pays to bank locally. We had an issue today and Eric C. personally took care of the issue after hours and worked to make sure we were happy. You cannot find this kind of service banking with the larger banks. MFCU has consistently delivered on their promise of going above and beyond and it’s amazing to see that there is a bank where the customer is actually always right. Thank you Eric and MFCU!
What a WONDERFUL experience with Marshland Credit Union! Mrs. Lindsay Stallard was the first person to assist me. She gave EXCELLENT customer service and was VERY attentive to my specific needs! What a great employee to have as part of your team. I wouldn't do business anywhere else. My experience was worth WAY MORE than 5 stars because of Mrs. Stallard who went over and beyond to assist me. Not just once but multiple times since I became a customer with Marshland Credit Union. It has been a true pleasure doing business.
