Great staff and love my healthcare team. Only place I have wait time issues is the urgent care. Otherwise specialties like internal med, endocrinology, pediatrics, etc all go smoothly.
My grandpa had triple bypass surgery, keep in mind he’s a veteran who fought for our freedoms in this country, Two weeks after his surgery he had a nightmare so they proceeded to add that to his medical history which denied him care covered by his insurance. So this Friday 10/09/25 he was supposed to get discharged to oak leaf in Eau Claire wi, but since he had a “nightmare” he was denied. Helpful staff from the minute you walk in. Parking is hard to find,and although they have a bus going to and from the parking lot cross the street, add extra time in your planning if you go here. This is a big place. If you have any disability in regards to walking be prepared by adding more time to get to your appointments. For instance, X-ray is way down the hall from orthopedics.
