The care was excellent. Every nurse, doctor, and caregiver showed skill and compassion without exception over a long complicated stay in 5 different departments. Outstanding.
My dad is still in there and they won't communicate with us when he's coming home it's B's how many times we called and asked for them for updates he was in the micu for a while because of a stroke and the nurses were nice to communicate with us but now that he's on the 5th floor there being rude not communicating with us at all we call him 10-20 times a day and they tell us he will be home tommorow every day we call they say he's getting to come home tommorow it's always tommorow with them no matter how many times we ask we... read more
Dr Kenneth Stone is the most wonderful orthopedic surgeon, and the whole staff was nice, helpful, respectful. Physical therapists were nice, and good. The aides run themselves silly for you and know what they're doing. I felt so well cared for. PS Dr Stone has retired. I hope he is having a blessed life!
Appt was for 3:15. Here it is 4:00 and still waiting for cardiology. Desk clerk very rude and argumentative about the time. Tried to tell us they allow time to show up late......
