I have had very good experiences with Marshfield Clinic in Eau-Claire. The check in staff are always helpful & knowledgeable. All of the medical staff are top notch. My questions are answered and I am informed of things that should be done in the future to ensure my continued health. I always come in early for appointments and they get me in very quickly. I love all of the people I interact with. All very courteous and friendly. That said, there seems to be a problem with communication across departments. My last visit was the 3rd time I had to call and schedule my own blood draw ahead of my office visit. I know my doctor wanted me to have a blood draw ahead of my office visit, but, that seems to have been lost somewhere along the way. Marshfield needs to improve their interoffice communication.
