I went to this clinic to receive medical care from a man named Andrew Michael Guminski and he decided to have some kind of attitude with me instead of helping me treat my symptoms, I left clinic in tears, no one bothered go reach out to check on me, I had to call back myself after leaving and made a new appointment with a new provider for days later. I had surgery a c4-5, 5-6 disc removal and fusion at the Mayo Clinic on 3-23 I had to see my physician in Horicon 7-10 days after for follow up care. She didn't even examine the surgical site, she just complained about the length of the surgical report that was provided. then changed the medication the surgeon prescribed. Refusing to refill needed medication. I had to contact Dr. Krauss's surgical team to receive proper care. I am very dissatisfied.
