All went well. Very friendly. Was asked instead of told which means I had a say in my healthcare. Dr tubbs talks to me not at me I like that. That’s why I chose her as my pcp in 2022. Would definitely give them an A+ rating.
Positive improvements: The portal to the clinic puts the patient in charge. Scheduling or rescheduling is so time saving. No more waiting on the line ! Being able to read visit notes and test results is a great service.
