I saw doctor ruggles first then ended up with two different doctors and I think they are the most non information doctors I have ever been to I am completely disappointed with the information I gave them and also the staff never called me back with any information about meds that had been sent to my pharmacy I wish I could still continue with doctor ruggles
(ALL other staff was amazing and kind!) Horrible experience with Dr. Sandstrom. This was an appointment to address my inability to keep a limited part time job, go on walks longer than 1/3 of a mile, and do basic things I used to be able to do because of my health conditions. WARNING WARNING WARNING Do not go here unless you have 100% coverage and don't have to deal with billing!!! They make mistakes, lie, you sit on hold for HOURS waiting to talk to someone. I have had to deal with them for the past 5 years, because I couldnt find a pediatric MS doctor closer. For over 5 years, billing has me in tears EVERY time.
