(ALL other staff was amazing and kind!) Horrible experience with Dr. Sandstrom. This was an appointment to address my inability to keep a limited part time job, go on walks longer than 1/3 of a mile, and do basic things I used to be able to do because of my health conditions. WARNING WARNING WARNING Do not go here unless you have 100% coverage and don't have to deal with billing!!! They make mistakes, lie, you sit on hold for HOURS waiting to talk to someone. I have had to deal with them for the past 5 years, because I couldnt find a pediatric MS doctor closer. For over 5 years, billing has me in tears EVERY time. My appointment yesterday was informative and he answered all my questions and my dad's too. He was very professional but empathetic at the same time.
Got a second opinion, and in their opinion, I do not have epilepsy any longer. Thus they gave me great news!!
