I had a very good visit my appointments were on time and staff was very pleasant
Thank you for the wonderful care in the ER last night. All of the staff went out of their way to provide the best medical care, from the nurse on the phone, front desk staff, nurses and doctors. I will always drive the extra 40 minutes to go to Lakeview. Keep up the great work.
This is a place to stay away from if you are in need of help or could be in a life or death situation, I have nothing positive to say about the Rice lake Medical Center ER. In fact had to go to Barron to get help after the so called help RL gave us. And it turned out to be life or death, my grand child had to be air lifted to Children's with her life on line, due to the lack of care she received at LCM. This is fact. have papers to prove it.
I want to thank all the employees involved in getting me into a new doctor at the last minute since I had no family physician at this time. A huge thanks to my new appointed Doctor Lopa Kabir MD and her nurse for taking me on as a new patient and helping me get relief fast and saying “yes” to fitting me in today! I will be your patient for life! Thank you so much!
I went in for a possible kidney infection or kidney stone (long history of them) they did a urine test and ordered a culture but the Dr told me it was probably muscle pain, it was in my head and that I'm too young for it.... tell that to the time I was hospitalized for an infection, and the kidney stones sitting on my desk��

Usually they are good but this time they checked me in. I was 10 minutes early. 20 minutes after my appointment time I asked how much longer. She said she would check. 10 minutes later she called me up and told me the doctor didn't know I was there so now I'll have to reschedule. I said no. I made this appointment a long time ago and that was not respecting my time. I had checked in and everything correct on my end.
