Completely devoid of customer care! I have been trying to get a hold of them to no avail! I have called the "billing and customer service" department three times-on different days-during posted open hours and waited on hold for 20 minutes, 8 minutes and most recently, over five minutes. I'm trying to solve a problem and would really appreciate it if someone would just answer the phone! HORRIBLE customer "service"!!
