Just "trying" to make a appointment in the radiology department for a biopsy was enough to know this is NOT the place for me. Unprofessional to say the least, did not ever return phone calls. Chris whoever that person is was the "only" person that could make an appointment through a primary doctor referral and Chris was "always" in a meeting. I decided along with my GP to call Mayo in Eau Claire, WI instead. The experience could not have been anymore different, like night and day. Needed a biopsy asap, Mayo called me back ... read more

We waited over an hour for the doctor to look at my son for 2 minutes for his "physical" didnt even acknowledge any concerns I had

most of the primary care doctors seem to care very little about their patients. The exception to this is the Oncology and Orthopedic departments. (2nd floor is a totally different clinic than the rest of the clinic.)

Horrible service. Should be free service. my wife waited 3 hours in emergency room before doctor had time to see her. She was left in bed with a little sheet. Now gonna get a couple thousand dollar bill, for nothing.

The WORST experience in my life! Very unorganized, no communication, and no taking accountability for their incompetence! I was struck by one of their doctors while trying to remove a nerve block catheter and was NEVER apologized for this. Now I wish I had pressed charges for assault..but you believe that when the hospital officials say they will make things right..you believe them. DON'T! This facility has almost cost me my livelihood and at one point..my life. I have had to go out of state to Minnesota to get the care and ... read more
