No one likes dealing with road construction, especially when it's on your home street. But our experience has been wonderful because of two people, Chelsie & Joy. These two keep Marshbank workers and the public safe. But they do much more. They are informative. They made sure we know the scope and duration of the project (several months). They always let us know which end of the street would be better to travel depending on the work being done each day. I was walking my dog one blustery morning in Snohomish and a Marshbank pickup stopped to inform me that they would be working on our street. The driver said” I like your dog, “ and jumped out and gave her a treat. The next morning, the Marshbank crews and equipment showed up and the Flagger (road guard in military speak) JOY introduced herself and informed us what the basic scope and duration of the job would be. I live on a road that is being widened during a two year project and I am so thankful for everyone's hard work and resilience in our PNW climate. My wife and I walk our dog several times a day and all of the flaggers and workers are very friendly and kind. The project has been going for almost a year now and our street looks better and better each day. Thank you Marshbank crew!!
Terrible place to work. I was a laborer and they treated me like trash. It's a toxic place to work.
So I live on Greenwood the most busiest street and they are finally putting sidewalks that it desperately needed. The construction personnel were so nice. I’m very appreciative of them coming out and putting a sidewalk in I can’t wait until this project is done. I’ll be sad when they leave the guy that’s running.
