I have rented apartments, duplexes, and single family homes. I have rented from individuals, small property management companies, and large nation-wide managements companies. 8 years of being a renter and I’ve never had any issues, and have always received my deposit back when moving out. My year long lease through Marshal’s management was by far the WORST rental experience I have ever dealt with. Owner Lance LaRoche is a racist that openly posted a horribly bigoted status, only to try to save face and quickly delete it once the backlash started. Then began posting a sorry excuse for an apology that was STILL problematic. Even worse, to copy/paste that same half-assed apology, word-for-word, on every negative review? Tacky and thoughtless.
Owner Lance Laroche is racist. Made a prejudice post on his personal Facebook page. Does not care about his tenants of color.
The best management team I have rented from who actually care about their tenants beyond the fact that we are tenants! They also put that same compassion into their properties & handling any problems that we may run into! It's a family affair!
Doesn't care about their tenants in any way what so ever. Greediest group in the Fort Smith Area. Will not work with you during times of hardship.
Stay away from this horrific management company. They will slander your name because of wrongdoings on their behalf. Even their then new properties our made very poorly - I own a local insurance company, and I wouldn’t rent anything that is related to this company - they will just try and kick you out, instead of fixing issues. i has nothing but issues, and they failed to fixed them in a timely manner or even call me back. Great group of people. They are great about communicating with the tenants and making sure that you have a safe and clean property. These guys are the best.
